3. The operator understands the structural characteristics of the operated liquid oxygen tank, the process principle, the use and maintenance, and the knowledge of safe operation, and masters the daily maintenance skills.
4. Implement a double guarantee responsibility system that includes daily maintenance and daily maintenance, establish equipment and facility managers, and implement the principle of “who uses who manages”.
5. Keep the liquid oxygen tank clean and the surrounding environment clean and hygienic.
6. Carry out roving inspections carefully and strictly follow the operating procedures. It is strictly forbidden to fasten the pressure connection parts or knock the pressure parts of the tank under the operating state.
7. When the operator finds an abnormal situation under normal operating conditions, he should immediately stop using it, close the valve, find out the cause, take effective treatment measures, and report it in time.
8. Maintenance work should be done for pressure vessels that are out of service and sealed for spare use. They must be inspected and qualified before being used again.
