1. When the liquid oxygen cylinder enters the field, check whether there are obvious scratches or dents on the surface of the cylinder, and check whether the external pipes and accessories of the cylinder are damaged or lost.
2. When loading and unloading liquid oxygen cylinders, please lift and drop gently. Use appropriate hooks and hang them on the long round holes of the two brackets to ensure that the cylinders are lifted vertically. The lifting slope should be less than 15°.
3. Do not roll the gas cylinder through the cylinder base, and do not store, transport and use the gas cylinder down or tilted. Please use nylon straps to secure it during transportation.
4. If the gas cylinder accidentally falls or falls, slowly lift it back to a vertical position, and immediately open the vent valve and gas phase valve to release the internal air pressure, and use the infusion pipeline to discharge the liquid medium in the bottle as soon as possible. On the dropped gas cylinder, mark “The use of the gas cylinder is prohibited if it is dropped”.
5. The parts and equipment matched with the liquid oxygen cylinder must be used. The matched parts and equipment must meet the cleaning requirements compatible with oxygen. It is forbidden to use the pressure regulator, accessories, conveying pipes, etc. on the compressed air system to be used for compression. Air or oxygen.
6. It is forbidden to stack flammable materials around the gas cylinders, smoking or ignition.
7. It is forbidden to knock gas cylinders and parts. When the gas cylinder is depressurizing and deflating, it is forbidden to stand in front of the valve port. When the gas cylinder, delivery pipe and external vaporizer are frosted, it is forbidden to touch them to prevent frostbite.
8. The operator must lower the air pressure in the bottle to atmospheric pressure every time before replacing parts or loosening pipes. Wear protective gloves and protective glasses.
9. The operator should be familiar with the structure and purpose of the gas cylinder, and read the instructions carefully. Frequently check whether the gas valve of the gas cylinder is damaged or not, and whether the rupture disk is blocked.
10. Be familiar with the purpose of the gas valve on the gas cylinder, and do not use it in a wrong position.
Blue liquid valve—used to fill liquid or take liquid out of the bottle
Green gas phase valve-for gas output
Green booster valve—connected to the booster, after opening, the booster circuit opens and the pressure in the bottle rises (there is a tag on the gas valve)
Silver gray discharge valve—used to discharge excess gas in the bottle and reduce the pressure in the bottle
