The multinational group announced on Monday that they have successfully obtained 12 oxygen cryogenic tanks for transporting liquid oxygen from Dubai.
Due to the surge in coronavirus cases and the shortage of medical oxygen in the country, the Adani Group informed that they have successfully obtained seven other cryogenic tanks for transporting liquid oxygen from Thailand.
In a tweet, the Adani Group said: “Thank you, Thailand. Thank you @IAF_MCC. We have already acquired 7 cryogenic tanks. Today, our tireless IAF airlifted 4 of them from Bangkok. The cryogenic tanks are now very useful. , Because there is much more life-saving oxygen transported in liquid form than in gaseous form.”

“We are relentlessly looking for more cryogenic tanks. Now the non-medical use of liquid oxygen has been restricted. As India gets more tanks to distribute the 7,500 tons of oxygen produced by our country every day, our people’s medical oxygen needs can be obtained. Satisfied,” it added.

The central government now restricts the use of liquid oxygen for non-medical purposes, and only allows liquid oxygen to be used for medical purposes.
