It adopts automatic circumferential welding machine, magnetic suction loading arms device, three-station feeding mechanism. This kind of devices can complete the workpiece loading and unloading action automatically to achieve high efficient, safe interlocking, coordination and linkage. Maximumlly improving the working efficiency, reducing labor-assisted operations and labor intensity. Getting rid of the dependence on the operators, while stably improving the quality of cylinder circumferential welding seam.

Machine Configuration

This line including: 3 sets of circumferential welding machine, 3 sets of vertical assembly & spot welding machine. Completed with one inlet conveyor line and one outlet conveyor line, 3 sets of magnetic loading arms, 3 sets of three-station automatic feeding dece, self discharging roller, pneumatic stop mechanism, pneumatic cutting mechanism, therminal limit stop. It adopts magnetic loading arms to catch workpiece and feed workpiece automatically. It adopts three-station automatic feeding device to collect workpiece, load and unload workpiece, cooperated with self discharge roller to convey the welding finished workpiece on the outlet line, and send out the finished workpiece. Auxiliary machine is controlled by automatic circumferential welding machine.

We paid about 2 million for Patent of YD500GS Panasonic welding machines, they can not sell to anybody else in China. SAW welding method needs to weld 2 pass/circles for each cylinder.Our MIG welding machine only needs to weld 1 pass for each cylinder.MIG welding machine saves 40% electricity than SAW welding.
4.Are you worried about higher and higher raw material cost?
Our MIG welding machine use 1.2mm welding wire, while 2.4mm diameter welding wire is must for SAW welding. You will save 40% raw material cost if you use our MIG welding machine.
5.Do you want to get higher productivity?
The welding speed of our MIG circumferential seam welding machine is only 60~68s including loading and unloading time.Our machine productivity is 1000pcs/8hrs/3 sets welding machine.
6.Do you want to get perfect welding quality?
Our welding machines are equipped with the laser and video tracking during whole welding progress, you can see the welding progress clearly, so that the welding torch can be tracked in the center of welding area, the tolerance can be controlled within 0.01mm for all directions. The cost mainly contain the cost of round-trip flight tickets, board and lodging as well as visa fee. Staff cost is 100USD/day/person, normally, it’s a two person job. But it will depends for a large equipment or installation and debugging of the whole line.
Warranty is 12 months which begins from the day when the machine has arrived at the importer’s port.
For most countries, we will transport our machine by sea, as for inland countries, we may use railway or highway
transportation.Exported cnc machine is all be packed by wooden case which can be fixed into a 40 HQ.
