Product Introduction

(1) Equipment usage, working principle and characteristics
The external test method hydraulic test line is a test equipment used to detect the residual deformation rate of gas cylinders,including weighing, watering, testing (measurement of residual deformation rate), loading and unloading, water discharge, and drying.
The hydraulic test section of the pipeline should be automatically carried out by the computer controlled test process, and automatically complete the pressure increase (self-tightening pressure), pressure holding, pressure relief, pressure increase (water pressure test pressure), pressure holding, and pressure relief; through the computer Collect hydraulic test pressure data and pre-tightening pressure data, and automatically calculate the residual deformation rate. The entire hydraulic test process is automatically completed, and related test data and graphs can be stored.
Its working principle is: put the test bottle in a special water jacket, and use a high-pressure pump to pressurize the test bottle.
